Server Management, Patching and Reporting

We take a completely different approach than other support companies.  Rather than waiting for you to discover problems and call us, we're proactive and find small problems before they become big calamities - saving you hours of downtime and frustration.  
Now we are introducing our Daily Server Health Check Service that checks your systems every single morning before you start work.  We're able to nip problems in the bud before - not after - they disrupt your business.
  • Daily Performance Checks:  This is *not* just monitoring, like you've it seen before... we manage the servers, reviewing the daily reports and responding to performance issues before they become problems.
  • Monthly Application of Major Updates: We manually apply Microsoft Updates to servers, once each month, after-hours.
  • Daily Check of Onsite and Offsite Backups:  All backups are monitored daily to ensure they are completing successfully.
  • Monthly Backup Restore Testing: Once each month, we will perform a test restore of a file from backup, using your software and backup media, so that you will always know for sure, that your backups will work when you need them.
  • Weekly Server Health Reports: Guarantees your peace of mind.
  • Server Inventory and Assets Reports: Provided for you, whenever you need it.

Desktop Management, Patching and Reporting

  • Daily Performance Checks:  We are seriously committed to proactive, desktop management.  We monitor your system daily and immediately fix any issues that we find.
  • Managed Anti-virus on Each Workstation: Based on the award-winning GFI Vipre software, our Managed Antivirus is managed from the Cloud, not on your local server, so it stays in contact with roving laptops at all times and removes the burden of monitoring from your onsite server.  Works the same for users at different locations, is excellent for companies with a large sales force or diverse branch offices.
  • Managed MailProtection (Spam & Virus Filtering, plus Offline Continuity for Each User Mailbox): As a cloud-based service, our managed mail protection uses top-notch hosted spam filtering and multiple email security technologies to block 100% of viruses and over 99% of junk mail before they can enter your network. Its built-in continuity features allow you uninterrupted access to email even when your mail server is offline. Each individual is able to monitor and customize their own allow\block list. This service is *not* hosted on your server, and works whether you use an in-house or hosted email solution.
  • Nightly Application Software Updates: We automatically apply software updates for all major vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, Java, etc), so your workstations are always up-to-date with the latest security enhancements.
